At Pinon Springs Ranch, we believe the best way to start each morning is with an energizing breakfast to get you ready for the activities of the day. Sometimes our traditional cowboy breakfast includes things such as eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage, or pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cereals, and more. For lighter breakfast options, we have a variety of cold cereals, yogurt, seasonal fruit, and fresh-baked muffins. We also serve a variety of 100% fruit juices. Often times we will include a typical Norwegian breakfast of fish, cucumbers, pickled beets, soft boiled eggs and a variety of cheeses and meats.

Lunches are served buffet-style and are light meals for most; fresh salads, carved meat and fresh-baked breads for sandwiches are the usual fare. But for those late risers with an appetite, there’s always a main dish or two to make sure you're satisfied. And don’t worry; if you’re signed-up for an all-day adventure, your lunch will be packed with care providing some yummy treats.

Dinners are not where we end our day, but get ready for the next day’s adventures. Usually, dinners are served buffet-style, allowing you to choose your own portions for yourself. Meals vary throughout the week, featuring BBQ, roasted chicken, fresh caught fish, and grilled meats. You will soon say you've eaten the best grilled steak!

One night each week, there is an outdoor cookout. We prepare it the ol' chuck wagon way ending with s'more’s around the campfire!

In the morning, there is always a hot pot of coffee brewing around 6:30 a.m. for the early risers. You’ll always find fresh fruits, muffins, cookies, cereals, sodas and juices available in the Dining Hall throughout the day and evening. The snack bar is well-stocked with granola bars, trail mix, yogurt, cheese, and fruit.
